I provide guidance through a process of self-examination, growth & healing. I use a personal development/mind-body perspective utilizing mindfulness training together with talk therapy. My empathetic and accepting nature encourages clients to share uncomfortable histories, behaviors and feelings in a safe setting to allow the process of examination and healing.
I provide support during major life transitions (college, divorce, career change, retirement, etc.).

I have developed a special focus in preparation for parenthood and adjusting to parenthood as well as transitioning back to work after maternity leave. This includes managing postpartum depression and anxiety.
I also provide consultation, group supervision and individual therapy for therapists and other healing professionals.
My clinical practice is influenced by research in mindfulness and the use of movement practices to promote mental health, supervision with a modern psychoanalyst and collaboration with various holistic healers. I also use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Psychodynamic Psychotherapy and Mindfulness Training. And, I provide teletherapy – online therapy services as well.
