Thank you for being brave.
I know it took a lot for you to get here; you suffered, were forced to face uncomfortable truths, and tried things that didn’t work. But you kept going.
This is where I come in. My goal is to give you a safe space to explore what you’ve been through, how it’s impacted you, and who you want to be as you deal with it.
By utilizing Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) and The Gottman Method, I help couples and families improve their communication, learn how to more effectively manage conflict, build trust, and get closer. Through Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), I help individuals understand and improve their ability to cope with anxiety and depression in their daily lives.
Evidence-based tools, strategies, and skills will help me teach you how to better navigate your relationships with others and cultivate your most important relationship of all: the one you have with yourself. My goal is to help you get in touch with your authentic self and build a better life that honors them.
Bravery is the most important prerequisite for counseling. Since you got this far, I know you have it.
