Life can be hard! Together, we work on accomplishing the goals the client has defined.
I think therapy is all about making life changes that will enhance your life. It is difficult to let go of ‘how we would like things to be’, in favor of accepting ‘what is.’
My work is based on the belief that when we explore and face who we are and what we can control, we allow change to occur. I offer you the tools plus the guidance and support to help make those changes. I also encourage the use of mindfulness as a way to manage challenging life stressors.
I work mainly with couples and with individuals going through all types of life changes that effect their lives. I am a certified Relational Life Therapist (RLT) which is a common-sense approach to building relationships based on full respect living. Together, we will identify the “dysfunctional loop” that keeps us stuck in unwanted behaviors and outcomes. It’s a no-nonsense approach.
I also offer some ongoing groups to compliment your therapy. Clients often find comfort and support in sharing a common ground.
