Dear Clients,

I am a Relational Life Therapist (RLT). This no-nonsense approach to couples therapy is unique from typical couples therapy. I am certified in this model and trained under Terry Real who said:

This model is intense, enlightening, and successful. But, It is not for the faint of heart! A critical step in the process is to identify what is keeping you stuck as a couple and feeling unhappy, and hopeless. I will equip you with the relational skills you need to repair and transform your relationship into the amazing one you deserve!
