A note from Yuna

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, who focuses on working with individual adult clients (ages 18+). I am a fully telehealth practice and am licensed in NC, NJ, NY and PA.I have been a Licensed Clinical Social Worker since 2006. 

I work with both patients and caregivers who are struggling with anxiety, mood disorders or adjustment issues related to medical conditions.

I also provide grief counseling, infertility & postpartum concerns, and insomnia/sleep issues using CBT-i.

I believe that no two individuals are the same, therefore no two treatment approaches are alike. I like to pull from various treatment methods, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness and Narrative Therapy, to come up with the best approach for you that is open, inviting and at your pace.
